Sales for New or Pre-Owned and Accessory : You are a self-starter who loves to help people find the vehicle that will fulfill their lifestyle. You understand the importance of research and staying on top of the latest trends. You are a savvy social networker and involved in community – your name is the one people think of when they want to purchase a car or truck! You are competitive and exude positive energy and you enjoy making as much money as you need to fulfill your own lifestyle!

Automotive Management : You love the car business! You understand how to nurture talent!. You are a listener and a decision maker. You know what it takes to make a successful sales person and you are there to support them in completing the process for customers so that they can drive away in the vehicle of their dreams! You have an eye for details and you know how to produce the information needed to identify progress and shortcomings. You understand the dynamics of automotive inventory how to drive the evolution to success!

Fleet Manager: Do you love Business to Business Sales? Do you have experience in this area and love meeting new people? We have a great line of new NV Trucks with our Nissan Dealerhship. This position requires preparing quotes/bids, ability to expand the customer base, excellent communication skills, prior auto experience is a huge plus along with CRM and Internet experience.


Business Development Agents: You create easy rapport and establish relationships with our customers just by making a phone call. You know your product lines and can provide the information customers need in order to gain their trust and business. You also are savvy navigating the computer systems, social media and you are adept at multi-tasking. You are competitive and persuasive but you are also empathetic and understand how to work with customers and coworkers to reach your goals.

Finance Management (F&I Manager): You are the numbers guru and love helping customers finalize their decisions so they can take ownership of the car they have selected. You talk easily with people to instill the confidence they find reassuring. Your knowledge of financial compliance and dealership policies are all important, in addition to, the significance of the customer client relationship!

Customer Account Specialist: You understand how to establish relationships with customers and you are there to work with them on the financing arrangements they need to meet obligations. You have a lot of patience and professional attitude. You are the heart of the pre-owned office, keeping our customers coming back!

Fixed Operations:

Service Advisors: You are the best at creating instant relationships with our customers and letting them know you are ready to fulfill their needs! You are the best at handling their requests because you understand the mechanics of the products and your attention to detail help our customers understand we are always ready to be of service. You are great at communicating the customer’s needs to our service technicians and, in turn, you are excellent in conveying any services and products to the customer that may benefit their particular vehicle.

Warranty Clerk: You are efficient at scanning paperwork and processing the items needed by customers and support staff. You stay abreast of recalls and accommodations our customers may require to help keep them moving ahead! You have an aptitude for time-management and organization in order to fulfill manufacturer’s requirements, as well as, necessary procedures of the dealership.

Automotive Technicians: You are a mechanical genius! You know how to recognize the mechanical problems with various makes and models and you are efficient in executing the repair. You understand the importance of attention to detail so that our customers are shown the care they demand. You maintain all necessary certifications and stay on top of innovations in the industry.

Shop Foreman: You are a top mechanic and understand what it takes to run an efficient service department. Your employees and the services they provide are essential and you let them know it! You understand how to effectively influence the personnel in your department. You are a decision-maker and hold company procedures as top importance in controlling costs.

Customer Service Representatives: You are excellent at establishing quick relationships and letting people know we appreciate their business! Your main focus are the concerns of the customer and your consistent follow-ups on their service experience is all important in establishing our CSI and their repeat visits! You are excellent at communicating between customers and service staff and provide invaluable support through your public relation savvy!

Parts Inventory Clerks: You are detail oriented and a great communicator! You understand the importance of inventory maintenance and how to provide essential customer support. You work well with our Service Technicians to fulfill their needs in repairs and understand the complexities of research and pricing. You are the hub of activity between various departments and many levels of personnel and you are the catalyst for their performance outcome.

Wholesale Parts Inventory: This is another Business to Business position that requires being a self-starter, having automotive business acumen, great communication skills and understanding CRM and Internet Research through auto systems.

Shuttle Driver: You drive our customers to their needed destinations while they are waiting on car repairs. You know how to speak with an easy rapport and how to represent the company as a professional. You understand the importance of driving safety and are ready to support the staff in whatever area is requested.

Body Shop Repair and Paint Technicians: You are essential to the operations of the Body Shop Department. By providing your expertise on repairs and paint applications, customers are provided with a valuable place to return to if they are involved in accidents or mishaps. Your work defines the reputation of the department.

Detail Technician: You have an eye for details! Every vehicle you handle comes to the lot or to the customer spotless and ready to go! The small things make the biggest difference and you are the one who sees that the smallest detail offers impeccable taste and pride in our company’s product!

Lot Porter: You have a wide range of activity from moving vehicles to mowing grass, whatever you do, you do it with skill and pride. Through your support in various capacities, the team is able to meet performance expectations.

Administrative :

Accounting: You love to work with numbers! You are excellent at organization and multi-tasking. You are great at communicating between other staff members, vendors and management. You understand the expectations and the best way to handle them. Your knowledge of the art of accounting and attention to the details maintain all operations running smoothly within the company.

Title Clerk: You have an understanding of the workings of the world of vehicle title work and all the documentation that demands. Because of your meticulous organization and ability to communicate between the Department of Motor Vehicles, Financial Personnel, and Customer, our business can run at the most efficient levels.

Reception: You are the hub of communication! You are the voice of Hunter Auto over the phone and you greet our customers as they walk in the door putting them at ease in order to find the quickest way to assist them. You offer support to staff members all through the dealership. You are multi-talented and essential for the flow of communication!

Systems Administrator: You understand the inner workings of the company computer systems and provide details for employee access to multiple applications. You relay pertinent information to appropriate parties and facilitate processes utilization.
