Do you love Business to Business Sales? Do you have experience in this area and love meeting new people? We have a great line of new NV Trucks with our Nissan Dealerhship. This position requires preparing quotes/bids, ability to expand the customer base, excellent communication skills, prior auto experience is a huge plus along with CRM and Internet experience.
Business Development Agents:
You create easy rapport and establish relationships with our customers just by making a phone call. You know your product lines and can provide the information customers need in order to gain their trust and business. You also are savvy navigating the computer systems, social media and you are adept at multi-tasking. You are competitive and persuasive but you are also empathetic and understand how to work with customers and coworkers to reach your goals.
Finance Management (F&I Manager):
You are the numbers guru and love helping customers finalize their decisions so they can take ownership of the car they have selected. You talk easily with people to instill the confidence they find reassuring. Your knowledge of financial compliance and dealership policies are all important, in addition to, the significance of the customer client relationship!
Customer Account Specialist:
You understand how to establish relationships with customers and you are there to work with them on the financing arrangements they need to meet obligations. You have a lot of patience and professional attitude. You are the heart of the pre-owned office, keeping our customers coming back!
You are the best at creating instant relationships with our customers and letting them know you are ready to fulfill their needs! You are the best at handling their requests because you understand the mechanics of the products and your attention to detail help our customers understand we are always ready to be of service. You are great at communicating the customer’s needs to our service technicians and, in turn, you are excellent in conveying any services and products to the customer that may benefit their particular vehicle.
You are efficient at scanning paperwork and processing the items needed by customers and support staff. You have an aptitude for time-management and organization in order to fulfill manufacturer’s requirements, as well as, necessary procedures of the dealership.

Customer Service Representatives:

Your main focus are the concerns of the customer and your consistent follow-ups on their service experience is all important in establishing our CSI and their repeat visits! You are excellent at communicating between customers and service staff and provide invaluable support through your public relation savvy!
Parts Inventory Clerks:
You are detail oriented and a great communicator! You understand the importance of inventory maintenance and how to provide essential customer support. You work well with our Service Technicians to fulfill their needs in repairs and understand the complexities of research and pricing. You are the hub of activity between various departments and many levels of personnel and you are the catalyst for their performance outcome.
Wholesale Parts Inventory:
This is another Business to Business position that requires being a self-starter, having automotive business acumen, great communication skills and understanding CRM and Internet Research through auto systems.
You drive our customers to their needed destinations while they are waiting on car repairs. You know how to speak with an easy rapport and how to represent the company as a professional. You understand the importance of driving safety and are ready to support the staff in whatever area is requested.
Body Shop Repair and Paint Technicians:
You are essential to the operations of the Body Shop Department. By providing your expertise on repairs and paint applications, customers are provided with a valuable place to return to if they are involved in accidents or mishaps. Your work defines the reputation of the department.
You have an eye for details! Every vehicle you handle comes to the lot or to the customer spotless and ready to go! The small things make the biggest difference and you are the one who sees that the smallest detail offers impeccable taste and pride in our company’s product!
